Can I pay my bill online?

Unfortunately, at this point, there is no way to pay your bill online through Tri-Lakes. However; some banks do have a method of automatic bill pay through them.

What methods of payment can I use to pay my bill?

Tri-Lakes currently accepts the following methods of payment: cash, check (via USPS mail or drop off), credit card, debit card, check card.

When I log into Webmail; it says password is invalid or the mail box is in use. Why is this?

First; ensure that that you are putting in your full email address in the first box. If you have done this; contact support by phone and one of our technicians will assist you further.

How do I configure my email client? (Outlook, Outlook Express, Windows Live Mail)
