On this page you'll find instructions on how to change the incoming and outgoing mail servers in various mail client software titles. When making changes be sure that you do not use capital letters and that you use no spaces in server names.  All dial-up customers should have their incoming an outgoing mail servers listed as the instructions indicate. If changes are necessary make sure that you input the information exactly as you see here.  Any mistakes will cause your email to work improperly or not at all.

Outlook Express

Incoming Mail POP3: pop3.mo-net.com

Outgoing Mail SMTP: smtp.mo-net.com

    With Outlook Express open, click "Tools" menu at the top of the screen.  Scroll to the bottom of the list and click "Accounts."
    You should now see the Accounts window.  Click the "Mail" tab at the top.  Here, highlight your Mo-Net account and click the "Properties" button the right
    Click "Servers" tab at the top and make any necessary changes to the incoming and outgoing mail servers.
    When finished making changes you may double-check your edits, then click "Apply" followed by "OK."
    Click "Close" on the Accounts window to return to Outlook Exrpess.

Netscape Communicator 4.7

Incoming Mail POP3: pop3.mo-net.com

Outgoing Mail SMTP: smtp.mo-net.com

    With Netscape Communicator open, click the "Edit" menu at the top, then move to the bottom of the list and choose "Preferences."
    Click on the plus (+) sign next to "Mail and Newsgroups", and choose "Mail servers" from the expanded listing.
    In the upper part of the dialogue you should see the incoming servers.  Click the "Edit" button to the right.  Here, change the incoming mail server as necessary.  When finished, double-check you changes and click "OK."
    In the lower part of the dialogue you should see the outgoing mail server.  Make any necessary changes to the Outgoing Server name, then click "OK" to return to Netscape.

Netscape 7.0

Incoming Mail POP3: pop3.mo-net.com

Outgoing Mail SMTP: smtp.mo-net.com

    With your Netscape Mail window open, click the "Edit" menu, and choose "Mail and Newsgroup Account Settings."
    In the list at the left, click on "Outgoing Server".  Located on the right is the outgoing server entry. You will need to make any necessary corrections here.
    In the list at the left, click on your username and then "server settings".  On the right you will need to make any necessary corrections to the incoming server name.  Then click "OK" to return to Netscape.

IncrediMail XE

    In IncrediMail click "Tools" menu at the top of the screen.  Scroll to the bottom of the list and click "Accounts." 
    You should now see the Accounts window. Here, highlight your Mo-Net account and click the "Properties" button the right.
    Click "Servers" tab at the top and make any necessary changes to the incoming and outgoing mail servers.
    When finished making changes you may double-check your edits, then click "Apply" followed by "OK."
    Click "Close" on the Accounts window to return to Incredimail.

    In Microsoft Outlook click "Tools" menu at the top of your screen, then move to the bottom of the list and choose "Accounts."
    Click the "Mail" tab at the top, and select the Mo-Net account.  Clicking the "Properties" button should display your email settings.
    Click the "Servers" tab at the top and make any necessary changes to the "Incoming and Outgoing mail servers."
    When you're finished, double-check your edits, then click "Apply" and "OK" at the bottom.
    Click the "close" button in the accounts window to return to Outlook.

    With Eudora open, click on the "Tools" menu at the top of you screen, then choose "Options."
    In the menu on the left, click the "Checking Mail" icon.  Move to the right side and make any necessary changes to the incoming mail server.
    In the menu on the left, click the "Sending Mail" icon.  Move to the right side and make any necessary changes to the outgoing mail server.
    When you're finished click "OK" to return to Eudora.

Macintosh Instructions:

Incoming Mail POP3: pop3.mo-net.com

Outgoing Mail SMTP: smtp.mo-net.com

    Click the "Apple" in the top left corner and choose "Control Panels."
    Click on the "Internet" icon.
    Click the "E-mail" tab.
    Make any necessary corrections to the Incoming and Outgoing Mail Server fields.
    Click the square in the upper left corner, then click "Save" to preserve your changes.
